Welcome, I'm Hamish, a fitness and movement specialist. 

I aim to help everyone to enjoy life through improving their strength, fitness and flexibility using effective and practical methods.  Enabling them to do more, reduce stress, making them happier and healthier people.

I can get you off the couch, help you get mobile again after an injury, and provide the needed advice and direction to give an event ago for the first time, or coach you to a personal best.

I enjoy doing the extra research, learning all that I can to pass on to you,  to provide you with the solutions and advice that will make a difference.
I aim to impact your life by making a difference to your fitness, ability to move and improve your well-being.
